To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完朋友屋企,去咗附近的嶺南樓飲茶,嶺南樓喺嶺南大學入面,12:00左右去到發現都幾多人,不過大約5分鐘我哋就可以入去坐。我哋驚唔夠食,係咁叫係咁叫,飽到上心口😂,叫咗雪山叉燒包、脆炸酸甜雲吞、蝦腸、濃湯浸唐生菜,另外叫咗個午市套餐$288,包括(例湯一煲、切雞拼叉燒、銀芽肉絲脆麵、燒賣皇、咸水角、炸兩、紅豆沙),2大1細,叫咁多真係嚇死人,因為樣樣都想食,唔小心就叫多咗啦,不過埋單都只係四百幾蚊,又幾抵。❤️雪山叉燒包 👉🏻好食,熱辣辣,又軟熟,個面又夠脆❤️脆炸酸甜雲吞 👉🏻脆炸雲吞非常香脆,又無𥹉油👍❤️蝦腸👉🏻好食,腸粉皮厚度適中❤️濃湯浸唐生菜👉🏻味道正常,但生菜比較老❤️切雞拼叉燒👉🏻切雞味道好食,可惜只有一件雞背脊,全部都係雞胸肉,叉燒半肥瘦,正!💛例湯(蓮藕湯)👉🏻麻麻哋,湯只有鹹味,同埋好稀💛️銀芽肉絲脆麵👉🏻麵餅好脆,但係獻汁比較杰💛燒賣皇👉🏻好重味精味,食唔到👋🏻❤️咸水角👉🏻脆卜卜,無𥹉油炸兩👉🏻 腸粉皮厚度適中,油炸鬼唔會淋晒👍紅豆沙👉🏻好稀,好水,唔好食
