To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點心質素甚差

很久沒有到鴻星飲茶，見下午茶有68折咁抵就黎試下，結果非常失望，以前鴻星點心好有水準，唔知係咪因為68折將貨就價。燒賣一籠只有一隻，雖然有隻蝦係面，但無咩蝦味，性價比極低。牛肉球好多肥豬肉，蝦餃叉燒包馬拉糕算正常啲，帶子腸粉不吃也罷，最失望係「香脆系列」的蘿蔔絲酥餅同芋角，蘿蔔絲酥餅粉厚糊口，裡外都係唔熱嘅，芋角都係，唔香唔脆，仲有啲油益味，比那些點心小店更差！質素咁差嘅點心，幾多折都唔會再幫襯！
