To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 逸東軒做咗午市優惠價點心一段時間,而家已經無咁難book,所以特登平日請一日假去食優惠價點心款式都算多,點咗以下呢幾款。飲茶必點蝦餃同燒賣,蝦餃皮晶凝通透,食落少少煙韌,雖然唔算大粒,但內餡蝦肉鮮味。呢度嘅燒賣係有帶子,帶子鮮甜,燒賣爽口,食得出有肥豬肉但份量適中唔會過份油膩。平時唔太鍾意食叉燒包,但逸東軒嘅叉燒好出名,見個個都必點呢個酥皮叉燒焗餐包,所以都試下。叉燒餡唔會太甜太重口味,酥皮口感同味道都好。蜂巢海鮮芋角炸至金黃色,夠乾身唔會好油。食落酥脆好好味一向好鍾意食炸豆腐,次次飲茶都必點。呢度嘅金沙脆豆腐炸得夠乾身唔油膩,而且慢慢食擺耐咗都keep住咁脆既然叉燒係招牌菜,腸粉就揀咗叉燒腸。腸粉睇落都知好味,皮非常薄,食落滑溜有米香。春風得意脆皮腸粉係蒸腸粉包住炸春卷,腸粉有少少蔥花,炸春卷就算包咗入腸粉仍然保持脆身燕窩瑤柱海皇灌湯餃都幾足料,有兩隻蝦,湯底清甜鮮味。但灌湯餃皮唔夠薄,摺紋唔夠靚,餃皮咬落唔煙韌。蔥油餅一上枱以為嚟錯咗。表面佈滿芝麻嘅蔥油餅皮食落香口,韮菜蔥餡好味但比較油膩。原個馬拉糕呈淡黃色,用筷子夾起就覺得軟熟,食薄鬆軟富蛋香,而且唔黏牙。總括嚟講點心質素高,環
