九龍塘的皇后餐廳、開業已久了!今晚食了一份久久未償的皇后焗豬扒飯。豬扒應該都是正宗煮法、是先煎香再焗、所以特別香口又帶有小小燒焦味。飯底用蛋炒過、所以夠乾身又唔油、一粒一粒好有蝦仔米feel。茄汁汁有小小稠,配料就小了點,如果可以有多小小芝士、新鮮蕃茄及菠蘿就會更理想!焗豬扒飯上枱時,已經在廚房從焗盤轉到碟再上枱,其實自己就唔太鐘意這種做法,因為怕碟飯在廚房轉來轉去、轉到唔熱!幸好飯出來時還是熱騰騰、香噴噴。

焗豬扒飯上枱時,已經在廚房從焗盤轉到碟再上枱,其實自己就唔太鐘意這種做法,因為怕碟飯在廚房轉來轉去、轉到唔熱!幸好飯出來時還是熱騰騰、香噴噴。
