睇到有關呢度嘅劣評,有D surprise,係唔係真係水準差咗呢? 反正有一陣子冇嚟過,今日就來驗證一下...有時候覺得,嚟幫襯往往不為什麼炭燒火腩或化皮乳豬,目的只求一喝嗰碗無添加嘅菜乾豬肺湯...水準依舊,喝得極過癮...乳豬賣清光,就叫义燒。一時唔記得叫半肥瘦,師傅就切咗個全瘦嘅,食味大減。好在肉質算不俗,絕冇食柴皮feel,還可以;反而燒肉就差了點,皮頗韌,肉偏硬,係有點退步了...臨走前睇見金錢雞出爐,晶瑩欲滴,睇到流晒口水...還會再來,只為例湯...還有...金錢雞...
