第一次去塔門,知道海膽炒飯,墨魚丸出名.這個小島一共有三間中菜館,碼頭一落船轉左,三間都黐埋一齊.有兩間排到痴線,重要畀太陽直接射住,咁等落去就會變燒豬.這一間新漢記就做本地團,問嚟問去都冇位.再問第三次就有.最緊要有得食,叫咗海膽炒飯,炸墨魚丸20粒,炒菜,椒鹽蝦.味道中上,海膽炒飯真係有海膽,就係唔知蝦同海膽係咪本地水域捉?稍為等候時間長.價錢大致上都合理,同埋老闆娘好有性格,唔會立亂放人入嚟坐.我哋兩個人坐一張枱,真係好鬆動.
