To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得有個long weekend 當然要四圍食食食~咁啱朋友想去D2，所以我地決定喺長沙灣食完野之後行過去。嚟到長沙灣，就一齊去咗食餃子睇完餐牌後點咗山東手撕雞（細）（＄36）、麻醬雞絲粉皮（＄34）、西洋菜鮮肉水餃麵 （＄36）、金玉滿堂鮮肉水餃麵（＄36）同埋一杯豆漿一罐汽水。雖然點咗細size，但呢碟手撕雞既份量都唔少，兩個女仔食的話叫細既已經好足夠，鍾意佢好有地道風味~雞絲粉皮有好多爽脆既青瓜絲，喺炎炎夏日下食落透心涼無論係西洋菜鮮肉水餃定金玉滿堂鮮肉水餃都隻隻脹卜卜好足料，食落有種媽媽的味道😋豆漿甜度啱啱好，如果豆味再濃d就更加正！
