To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 6月30號晚同娘親傾開計,佢話想試下添好運係咪真係咁好味~我即刻話:就聽日7.1去試菜la~飲早茶!!一早上網搵定料,知佢搬左去奧海城二期, 開10 am 9:45am到門口,已經見到咁既情況...真係咁大名氣?!準時10 am放人入去, 環境係好迫!!我都唔理得咁多~即刻畫紙仔,叫野食!!兩個人叫左9款點心黃沙豬潤腸粉: 豬潤好細好薄, 腸粉都算皮薄陳皮牛肉: 有細細粒的陳皮係內面, 好味馬拉糕: 最愛係馬拉糕!!!唔係好甜,有特別的黑糖味!!我一個人食左兩個潮州蒸粉果: 皮薄&足料,win古法糯米雞: 初頭都驚荷葉大糯米雞size細,結果係真係好大都算足料,娘親一個人都食晒唔蝦餃皇:何解係"皇"呢?!@@同一般酒樓d size一樣...娘親重話佢無筍,口感唔好豉汁蒸鳳爪: 鳳爪好入味好腍, 豉汁味濃又香鮮蝦腐皮卷:個皮好脆, d蝦好大舊,啖啖蝦肉~正主腳出場~~~酥皮叉燒包!!!佢真係無敵的!!!  (但娘親話佢太鹹,我就覺得無咩野=3= )結尾: 佢的確係比一般酒樓的點心好食,值得一試的不過環境同服務質素就有待改善!!!報告完畢~~~
