To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

媽媽生日想据扒,但做囡的我不太喜歡啖啖肉的美式餐廳,所以細佬推介張三,說抵食又好食,所以便拍板訂座。難得的是小小的店可以安排一個自成一角的位置安置我們十一個人😊餐廳採用開放式廚房,但卻沒有強烈的油煙味,讚👍🏼餐廳細細,但感覺五臟俱全。服務員態度親切友善,第一感覺已經很不錯😁細看餐牌,選擇頗多,除了set dinner外,每樣菜式都可以加$50配餐,彈性大。配餐有兩款餐湯選擇,意大利菜湯及南瓜忌廉湯,兩款湯質素都不錯,菜湯酸味適中,菜粒份量不算多但新鮮。南瓜忌廉湯香滑,南瓜味濃,不錯。有機三色藜麥沙律:新鮮,菜卜卜脆,加上藜麥感覺更健康。紐西蘭肉眼扒伴日本燒肉汁:點了五客,有五成,七成,八成熟的要求,我每塊扒都有試,但感覺七成熟反而比五成腍一點,juicy多一點,但總體還算不錯,肉質鮮嫩,不加燒汁原汁原味更好。伴碟菜也很吸引,起初以為黃色那半圓體是薯蓉,原來是藜麥加粟米蓉打成的,味道清淡,是濃味牛扒的新配搭。羊架:好味,香而不羶,七成熟剛剛好,肉質鮮嫩juicy。配菜跟牛扒一樣,重口味中帶點清淡。香蒜欖油虎蝦意粉:意粉烚得時間恰當,煙韌彈牙,虎蝦也新鮮。唯獨是炒得有點乾,味太淡。黑松露鮮

黑松露鮮野菌意大利飯:黑松露味不是太重,只有少許份量;忌廉不是太重,所以食完也不會有滯肚的感覺;飯身不會過硬,味道比較清淡,適合不太喜歡食物過鹹的我。
