冲菜是私房菜,私房菜的好處就是,客人比較少,餸菜烹調水準方面容易控制~ 廚師會更有心思,令我留下深刻的印象今天是爸爸生日,所以專門為他安排這間私房菜,靜靜地吃晚飯聊天,慶祝他的生日!晚上第一碟菜是鮑魚為主的沙律, 鮑魚爽口沙律清新,第一碟已經令我印象深刻最新奇的是元蹄裡藏著乳鴿,打開後像尋寶一樣神奇還有巨大的鹽焗雞,要用鎚仔打開鹽包著的外層,刺激好玩!
