To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早已聽觀塘區朋友說這一間炒飯非常出名，難得星期日放假專程過來試一下。Menu琳瑯滿目，炒飯為主。椒鹽牛肉炒飯 炒飯底，椒鹽牛肉鋪面，牛肉偏乾身，椒鹽非常香脆。招牌蝦頸油炒飯櫻花蝦鋪滿飯面，有蠔仔、帶子、及蝦，櫻花蝦非常香，蝦🦐很爽口，唯獨蠔仔有少少腥味。兩個炒飯+2杯飲品，埋單$174 。炒飯而且非常大碟，飯炒得非常乾，粒粒分明，但個人稍嫌少少油，間唔中食吓還是OK的。當日是星期天，食肆剛剛開門不久，但已經非常多外賣，看來還是非常受歡迎的。
