To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 試過喺不同大家樂分店食炸脾,但雞脾質素同 size 可以好參差,唯獨油塘分店嘅炸雞脾,先留得住我個胃。先講炸脾嘅 size,都算大隻,差唔多有成隻手掌咁大,雞脾醃得好入味,食得出有用淮鹽,而且雞脾夠熱,應該係剛剛炸起無耐,雖然係雪藏貨,但肉質嫩滑,無雪味同膻味,真係食過返尋味,水準依然,如果雞脾炸起後隔一陣油,就會更好啦! 火腿通粉同奶茶都不過不失,係扭扭粉稍為淋咗少少,為咗食佢嘅炸脾,下次都會再幫襯~~
