oct 03, 10去完戶外活動...........當然同友人食埋飯先啦........已經早去,只剩下2張細枱.........好彩早來1步咋.........慢多些少,就要等第1輪食完先啦.....3人叫咗 : 1) 鑊仔冬蔭功浸蜆 (hk$65)- 叫咗小辣-廚房要清下其他大枱嘅單先到我哋.......所以要等咗好1個時間先有第1道菜食......嘩,好肚餓呀.........-個湯唔辣,帶有溫和嘅香茅味,又有番茄,芫茜,又甜,個湯最正 (令我好想試下佢嘅冬蔭功膏蟹烏冬/伊麵)-蜆肉細少,所以只喺小腳式而已 2) 自家製蜆肉春卷 - 2件 (hk$18)-熱騰騰..........裡面都多料,不過就鹹咗少少-可以伴以醋汁同食 3) 生滾膏蟹粥 - 例窩 (hk$88)-主角嚟啦-原來建議比2人用,其實3人食都唔少-望見粥面有蟹膏-我哋都喺先食粥............入口綿,都有米花..........食到有自然嘅鮮味滲出,但甜味未夠........外+調味唔多,以食原味為主-蟹肉亦有好多膏-賣$88/窩,已收貨有餘 4) 炸8爪魚丸 - 6粒 (hk$25)-中午喺吉澳食到

1) 鑊仔冬蔭功浸蜆 (hk$65)
- 叫咗小辣
-廚房要清下其他大枱嘅單先到我哋.......所以要等咗好1個時間先有第1道菜食......嘩,好肚餓呀.........
-個湯唔辣,帶有溫和嘅香茅味,又有番茄,芫茜,又甜,個湯最正 (令我好想試下佢嘅冬蔭功膏蟹烏冬/伊麵)
-蜆肉細少,所以只喺小腳式而已

2) 自家製蜆肉春卷 - 2件 (hk$18)
-熱騰騰..........裡面都多料,不過就鹹咗少少
-可以伴以醋汁同食

3) 生滾膏蟹粥 - 例窩 (hk$88)
-主角嚟啦
-原來建議比2人用,其實3人食都唔少
-望見粥面有蟹膏
-我哋都喺先食粥............入口綿,都有米花..........食到有自然嘅鮮味滲出,但甜味未夠........外+調味唔多,以食原味為主
-蟹肉亦有好多膏
-賣$88/窩,已收貨有餘

4) 炸8爪魚丸 - 6粒 (hk$25)
-中午喺吉澳食到嘅蒸墨魚丸太出色,所以將呢個比下去了
-外面嘅炸粉都喺厚咗少少,而且8爪魚肉要再多d先得
-不過佢都做到彈嘅效果

5) 蒜蓉蒸茄子 (hk$32)
-叫個菜食吓balance番
-初時見到茄子咁白淨,以為喺生,再淋以熟油
-入口軟諗,所以估計應是蒸熟咗,再+熟油
-混埋面頭嘅生蒜蓉同芫茜,很不錯

* 嚟嘅原因喺想睇吓佢嘅蟹粥好d定喺澳門嘅皇冠小x好d.........論價$$$$,皇冠小x貴d,但就明顯甜d

* 見到人哋食籠仔蒸膏蟹飯同炒麵........好想食

* 呢度出貨時間唔快

* 以呢個價$$$$,收貨有餘
