To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三月十日 (星期三)昨日腸胃炎,不能上班,今日好了一點,又和老公仔覓食工作忙,所以吃快餐,三大快餐店,我們永遠都首選大家樂近期又推出了新款,我和老公仔各點了一款:挪威三文魚焗飯老公仔本來頗有期望的但竟然是用磨菇汁焗的,加上三文魚不太多,所以有點失望但三文魚還是新鮮的,而且肉質頗鮮甜略嫌磨菇味重了一點白汁雞扒黑白意粉分別用了普通和墨汁意粉,做成鴛鴦效果雖是快餐,但都可以見到心思,為生活繁忙的香港人打打氣雞扒煎得很甘香,肉質鮮嫩加上白汁,本是老公仔的至愛呢又是時候返回公司...繼續工作

近期又推出了新款,我和老公仔各點了一款:

挪威三文魚焗飯
老公仔本來頗有期望的
但竟然是用磨菇汁焗的,加上三文魚不太多,所以有點失望
但三文魚還是新鮮的,而且肉質頗鮮甜
略嫌磨菇味重了一點

白汁雞扒黑白意粉
分別用了普通和墨汁意粉,做成鴛鴦效果
雖是快餐,但都可以見到心思,為生活繁忙的香港人打打氣
雞扒煎得很甘香,肉質鮮嫩
加上白汁,本是老公仔的至愛呢


又是時候返回公司...繼續工作
