To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早陣子食buffet吃過一件片皮鴨之後,就發現自己很久沒吃過片皮鴨,藉著慶祝朋友生日,向朋友提議約食片皮鴨!其中有朋友提議來到北京樓,她推介說北京樓的片皮鴨不錯!除了片皮鴨外,朋友還推介宮爆蝦球~~我們還點了小籠包及拔絲蘋果!先上宮爆蝦球,蝦球大大粒,外層脆,蝦仁啖啖肉又爽口!雖然見到有乾辣椒,但辣度連BB辣也算不上,以酸甜味為主,幾開胃惹味!味道幾好,是否正宗就不確定了,因我第一次試這道菜式啊!小籠包 (6隻),大大粒,熱騰騰的送上,皮薄,肉餡豐富又充滿湯汁,蘸香醋來吃就更能帶出小籠包的肉汁香!!正做堂食填鴨85折優惠,折實約$270/隻。片皮鴨 (二食),半皮半肉的一片片排好,份量充足!配料有青瓜﹑京蔥及海鮮醬,用溫暖的餅皮,將片皮鴨及配料捲起來吃,餅皮厚薄適中又軟熟,鴨皮的油香﹑鴨肉的軟嫩與肉香,配上青瓜﹑京蔥的清爽,及海鮮醬的惹味,整體好吃又不覺膩!不過放了一段時間,餅皮開始放涼了,就稍稍影響口感。朋友說港島的一家分店,餅皮是一直被溫著,所以絲毫沒這樣的問題。二食的另一款食法是炒鴨崧配生菜, 與泰式生菜包的食法如出一轍,但不太嚐到鴨肉香,普普通通!見到鄰桌點的拔絲蘋果,賣相好適

見到鄰桌點的拔絲蘋果,賣相好適合打卡,所以我們也點了份來讓壽星女打卡!拔絲蘋果 (6件),拔絲上灑上些芝麻,有如閃閃金光。不過拍照一定要快手,再趁快食,不然拔絲會變乾硬,就只能吃到被糖漿包裹並炸脆的蘋果粒。糖漿外層不會太甜,但沒什麼蘋果香!

食到飽飽,人均也不用$200,都幾抵食!為鴨而來,食完鴨,尚算滿足我的食鴨之心。
