To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇戲前食個簡單的晚餐,烏冬都係一個好選擇,呢間鋪都幾多選擇,可以配讚歧、稻庭烏冬、蕎麥麵同飯等等,就連烏冬都可以配冷烏冬/唔同湯底嘅烏冬,幾欣賞佢有咁多配搭。叫左一個定食,有雞扒、溏心蛋配冷讚歧烏冬,烏冬粗身,彈牙有咬口,加上冰水處理過,更有加煙軔。不過餸菜方面就普通,雞扒用鬆肉粉整到質地都唔同左,又有一大陣雪味,可能加落湯到會好啲。溏心蛋亦係冇味。雞扒比較乾柴,一啲肉汁都冇。鰹魚湯底味道亦唔夠。
