To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

市面上好多打邊爐專門店，今次揀咗一鍋堂，完全冇後悔，值回票價！同男朋友2個，叫左個鴛鴦湯底，一個係蕃茄牛粒湯，一個係冬陰公湯。送個湯底嚟嘅時候，已經聞到一陣好香嘅冬陰公湯味，兩個湯都好濃，仲要d牛肉粒真係大大粒，而且仲有唔少數量，湯底10分足料！等嘢食嘅時候，就用手機app落單，好方便！一鍋堂嘅飲品，除咗罐裝飲品可以選擇，就係有我最鍾意飲嘅冰糖燉檸檬，第一次打邊爐有得揀呢種飲品，啱晒平時要用聲嘅我。佢仲有洛神花茶，木墩果茶可以揀，仲好貼心咁寫清楚邊類人士唔飲得添，呢三種飲品都係自家製，真係佢先有。到咗食物方面，佢嘅選料都比較特別，我哋叫咗手打孜然雞丸，芥末魚皮餃，呢啲都係自家製的，出邊食唔到！仲有佢有幾款海鮮可以揀，啲海蝦真係好肥好大隻，仲啖啖肉！肙埋佢有花膠可以叫，回哂本！最後佢嘅甜品都係冇得輸，除咗乳酪之外，佢仲有唔同嘅甜點，細細份，唔會太飽！總體來講，食物質素高質，環境舒服，點餐都好快嚟到，食物種類又多，真係好正！
