(*˘︶˘*).。.:Alo Restober *♡第一次來到大坑的Alo Restober,超喜愛餐廳設計真的十分型格,每個角落都散發著精緻的氛圍,這次品嚐了幾道菜,每一道都超高水準的發揮個人很愛French Baby Mussels Sake Roasted Garlic Puree (法式小貽貝清酒蒜蓉蓉) 一上桌就香氣撲鼻,小青口顆顆飽滿,搭配清酒和烤蒜蓉,味道層次豐富,鮮甜中帶點Sake的微醺,蒜蓉的香氣更是畫龍點睛。個人也十分推薦Roasted Suckling Pig (烤乳豬)烤乳豬外皮烤得酥脆,肉質卻依然保持著軟嫩多汁,油脂的香氣在口中散開,實在是太美味了!搭配秘製甜甜的sauce ,提升了整體的風味 個人也十分推薦Ma Yau Fish Asparagus Baby Spinach Cream (馬友魚蘆筍菠菜忌廉) 馬友魚肉質細嫩鮮美,搭配清爽的蘆筍和嫩菠菜,再淋上濃郁的忌廉醬,口感豐富,層次分明。魚肉的鮮甜與蔬菜的清甜完美融合,忌廉醬則增添了滑順的口感,這道菜的搭配十分用心!是一道精緻又有水準的料理。 * Spaghetti Aglio E Olio Black
