To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然間有點想吃辣嘢, 開車到九龍城逛逛, 見到呢間烤魚幾有特色, 里面桌上都成盤紅椒一大片的烤魚, 好像個個吃得了幾興致, 侍應都很家庭式的感覺, 我們說不是很吃得辣但又想加點點辣, 可不可以點酸菜烤魚加些少麻辣都無問題, 點了一條大半條的酸菜烤魚加大豆芽, 一個海蜇皮蛋, 加份粗瞢, 一上桌見到條魚哇好大條, 除了條尾及個頭烤得有點黑外, 魚身還好烤得不算太過火. 由魚肚吃起, 肉味淡了點不過連埋魚皮很香甜, 有魚味, 骨不多, 同老板聊了幾句問啲魚是不是大陸來的, 老板說不是他們在元朗有魚場, 聽落都吃得幾放心. 酸菜不太咸, 爽雜埋魚肉一齊入口好味, 大豆芽就要煮得耐啲先入味, 皮蛋無咩特色, 反而啲海哲就帶有少少辣味, 正 ! 吃到一半侍應來剪頭剪尾提議要加入粗瞢話煮耐啲好味, 果然啲介紹無錯, 粗瞢軟中帶硬, 咬嚼得津津有味有點像吃巑岐烏冬的感覺, 兩個人一口氣拆掉成大半條魚剩得幾塊骨, 粗瞢豆芽酸菜都吃得一干二凈, 就是麻辣加得太少了沒什麼辣味可能是廚師見我們說不能吃辣不敢加多辣椒吧, 總的來說是一餐很有特色又很好味的烤魚餐, 下次再來. 對面的泊車仔收了我們5
