To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身好鍾意食烤魚，聽朋友推介呢間主打重慶烤魚，一於同老公去試下😋餐廳裝潢好古色古香，有幾盞紅燈籠掛起門前，晚上7點去到已經8成滿座，證明餐廳幾受歡迎，食物質素有保證招牌烤魚有多款口味：酸菜、香蔥、蒜香、香辣、香麻辣、泡辣、鮮茄野菌同剁椒，辣度都有得揀，我地揀左：💕香麻辣味烤魚（小辣) 全條大鉗魚 $368條鉗魚真係好大條，非常足料，啖啖都係肉啊，肉質鮮嫩滑溜，且比較少骨，麻辣湯底都有驚喜，花椒同辣椒果然惹味，又香又麻，仲飲到魚湯的鮮甜味，真係好好味配料：💞美食肩胛靚牛肉牛肉都好新鮮嫩滑，油脂分佈均勻，帶有香濃嘅牛肉味，食材靚真係特別好味💞白飯因為啲魚肉&麻辣魚湯真係太正，忍唔住要叫兩碗白飯撈湯食💞可樂支裝可樂係正啲💞服務店員親切有禮，勁有人情味好細心留意每枱客人需要，自動波幫手加湯和剪魚，方便客人進食，值得一讚💸每位平均消費$220
