To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啓業邨有新食店開張,馬上試試 ...是雞,全部都是雞!中式、西式都有,這天和娘娘點了一隻“原隻烤雞”加“烤雜菜”,還有一瓶豆漿。烤雞一邊開一邊流汁,好juicy,肉也嫩滑,雞肚應該用大量調料醃製,於是汁的味道很濃,不用沾它的那盒調料也可以。不過這些雪藏雞,通病就是雞籠裡的內臟通常都清理不完,但它裡面香料夠重,所以沒什麼異味,還好。加12塊的烤雜菜,撈過孜然粉,不是白烚的,還可以倒在那用來包著雞的紙上,撈一撈滴下來的雞汁,挺惹味的,沒浪費。豆漿,沒啥豆味,合格而已。
