冇得去韓國食炸雞,唯有喺香港食住過下癮先。但係食炸雞又太過熱氣同邪惡,食韓式烤雞就最好不過。食過Goobne chicken好幾次,我覺得佢哋嘅烤雞絕對可以做到炸雞嘅效果,不論咩口味都可以做到外脆內嫩。今次我同老公就揀咗經典嘅甜辣烤雞,而且作為懶人嘅我哋仲揀咗無骨版本,食落啖啖肉,而且份量都幾大。食炸雞又點可以冇酸蘿蔔,酸蘿蔔酸酸甜甜又爽脆,非常解膩。卡邦尼炒年糕完全係一個Fusion菜,creamy嘅卡邦尼醬汁配上煙肉同意粉之外,仲有韓國最傳統食材代表年糕,煙韌嘅嘅年糕令整個菜式更有口感。
