天氣轉涼,又想食烤魚​,今次嚟到尖沙咀嘅《烏蠅館》,呢度裝修簡單時尚,坐得又舒服。叫咗一個《泡椒烤多寶魚》,熱辣辣嘅多寶烤魚上到枱上,大量蔥花放在魚上,加埋雲耳、窩荀等材料,真係呢個賣相都刺激左我嘅味蕾,可能我個人比較鍾意食蔥。先講條魚,份量都幾大,足夠兩個人食,魚肉入口夠亂,少少辣,夠醒胃。叫埋《日本黑豚肉》黎加料,豬肉夠嫩,用烤魚湯底嚟食,基本上都可以唔使用醬料嚟點綴,入口都好juicy。唔夠飽,叫多個《四川寬粉》,試吓新口味,寬粉入口煙韌,吸了湯底的味道,十分滋味。
