To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係舊地重遊[小魚兒],上次係呢度食咗雞煲,回味無窮😋😋😋,嗰晚見到好多枱都食烤魚,所以今次就揀咗招牌菜:爆醬鳳梨香辣豆花烤凌波魚(自選BB麻辣)。烤魚份量好大,絕對夠2至3人食👍👍👍👍,配料好豐富,除咗鳳梨,仲有芫茜、風琴豆腐、圓薯粉、洋蔥、小木耳、豆芽菜、和各式香料!雖然辣油紅得好嚇人 ,但食落好易入喉,魚肉滑得嚟夠結實又彈牙,入口陣陣麻香,辣得嚟少少麻,真係好惹味,鍾意食魚的話值得一試💯
