呢度烤魚嘅話有分兩種,上次試咗桂花魚($338),咁今次就試吓清江魚($268),一樣寫住少骨,仲平d添。魚可以揀味道,我就揀左招牌香辣味,寫住係兩個辣椒。order烤魚嘅時候佢會問埋你要d咩配菜,因為d配菜會同條魚一齊上,唔係好似平時食雞煲或打邊爐咁分開上。配菜我叫左萵筍,上海年糕,豆腐卜同埋薯粉。烤魚係用一個鐵嘅長方形盤裝住,有d"湯",下面用左炭火。d配菜已經係個盤入面。聞落唔多香辣,食落都唔算辣。魚上面嘅脆脆要快d食,否則掂到湯就變軟。由於所有配菜係一早同一時間放晒落去,所以過咗一陣d萵筍就一齊變軟,我地要即刻摩打口咁食晒所有萵筍。薯粉放左係魚嘅下面,好容易痴底,所以最好一早將佢撥去側邊。由於配菜都係一d好普通嘅嘢,所以都冇乜特別,唯一我覺得比較特別嘅係上海年糕,因為佢吸左d湯味,唔錯。

細食既話,其實兩個人食一個烤魚加d配菜都夠lu。不過始終我略嫌佢唔夠辣!
