To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前黎食過烤魚火鍋放題,真係性價比超高,食過番尋味。今次二訪,見到有新推出潮州菜menu 幾特別,就一於試下。餐廳晚餐時間坐滿晒人,就知道受歡迎。🌟清湯蘿蔔牛肍條小鍋上枱,有個小火保持溫度。牛肍條份量都幾多,軟腍牛味濃。另外仲有好多清甜蘿蔔,無渣無草清味,好好食😋🌟潮式春菜煲都係小鍋上枱,春菜真係潮州菜必食,好鐘意佢獨特的味道,春菜新鮮夠嫩。另外仲有排骨,蝦乾同冬菇,好豐富。🌟方魚炒芥蘭芥蘭爽口翠綠,加左魚乾一齊炒,好香。🌟葱油雞例牌份量都好多!雞胸,雞脾,雞翼位都有齊,雞肉好嫩滑,加上大量葱油,真係好香好惹味🤤🌟潮式糖醋伊麵將伊麵煎到兩邊脆身,再沾上糖醋一齊食,卜卜脆👍🏻😋🌟潮式菜色超有驚喜,下次黎除左食烤魚,仲多左一個選擇🤤
