To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 路經屯門大興邨的漁樂,見到有烤魚,天氣凉涼的,是不錯的選擇。 烤魚有幾款味道,我和家人點選了冬蔭功烤魚,上菜時原來已經有不少配料在湯裏面:雲耳,蓮藕,芽菜,萵筍,金菇等。冬蔭功湯做到泰式口味,個人認為可再辣一點,烤魚頗大條,是魽魚,烤得香噴噴,兩個人慢慢吃完整條魚 ,魚肉在浸湯後仍保持幼滑,很美味店員推介配料薯粉是自家製作,所以我們點了一客,的確比起平時吃的薯粉煙韌滑溜。還點了豬腩片,萵筍,牛丸,豬腩片,香草腸。煮在冬陰功湯裡,味道都很配合,豬腩片帶豬皮的,薄薄一片,爽口有豬肉味,很新鮮。再加兩杯特飲。一杯椰汁三色冰,三色指的是涼粉、紅豆、西米,有創意,喝下有清爽感覺帶椰汁香。另一杯特飲是米漿豆奶,原來加了米漿的豆奶很好味,是非常香的,更加特別!埋單才$299😜性價比好高!難怪我們在結帳的時候,聽到店員說烤魚沽清,一定會再來試其他味道的烤魚啊!
