To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我今日係休息見有空閒時間就想去食下午茶我每日經過都會見到漁樂又好幾年冇入過去食就想再入去試下啦,起初你吔啱啱開左一個月左右我有入黎幫襯過果時都覺得你吔啲食物麻麻地,點知隔左咁耐時間都係冇改變過食物一樣係唔好食,服務態度仲要係差!成個感覺好差 我入到門見到餐廳只係得3個侍應咁我都明白係冇人招呼到我咁我就自己行入去,我行左入去左邊中間最埋邊梳化位我都唔敢坐住我企左係度想同侍應講我係1位坐唔坐得梳化位,但係冇人理我 我就呆企左兩至三分鐘有一位出餐姐姐(她是扎起頭髮是扎髻的)推住架出餐車好禮貌咁同我講你坐啦,可以坐架。(係呢度我要讚賞呢位侍應姐姐,全程有一大半過程只係得佢會理我同埋佢好有禮貌)咁我係14:41分落單我叫左一份蔥油雞撈麵+$8一份碗仔翅,一杯冷壓縮檸檬雪碧 等左一陣碗仔翅同飲品黎到先,隔左一陣蔥油雞撈麵黎到一望到碗麵真係冇咩特別係公仔麵底雞肉係煎雞扒,然後有勁多蔥係多到覆蓋到雞扒同麵然後我開動啦,食左一啖麵再食雞扒一咬塊雞扒係唔熟有紅色仲有小小透明我就舉手扎髻姐姐侍應過黎應我,我話啲雞肉唔熟佢就拎左入去換一份新比我,新果份黎到我就介開2塊雞扒睇下都係唔熟雖然冇透明但仲係好紅 重點黎啦!我再舉手一個短頭髮嘅侍應應我,我話啲雞肉唔熟頭先都換左一次依家都係唔熟,短髮侍應就攞起我對筷子夾起啲雞肉同我講(呢啲紅色唔係唔熟啲雞扒係炸所以係會有紅色架 然後佢係度揾一塊白色嘅肉夾比我睇 嗱你睇下呢啲白色嘅肉咪熟左囉,然後佢跌左舊雞肉係枱度再夾番落去炸雞係咁架係會有紅色架,我話你跌左舊雞肉落枱再擺番入去比番我?佢話你話唔熟啊麻我依家幫你取消 你一係揀過其他野啦,佢就收走左碗麵。咁我就真係睇餐牌換過其他野,我係揀緊途中我聽到短髮侍應同好大聲咁同廚房講佢話唔熟wor,然後我望一望佢 佢仲好大聲講話啲雞肉唔熟啲雞肉係會有紅色架 之後佢就好細聲同廚房講多幾句咁我聽唔到就唔知佢吔講啲咩然後扎髻侍應就問短髮侍應點解有碗野係度嘅短髮侍應好大聲講唔熟啊 取消架點取消啫 你問你總經理啦 我聽到呢啲說話我好嬲,好似係我唔啱咁,我落完單又唔比張單我,我仲要坐左度成個鐘我淨係食左個碗仔翅同飲左杯野我仲好肚餓,我就決心唔揀走果時仲要問你吔攞單而唔係落完單自動比番張單個客,我對呢次消費好不滿 尤其是係短髮侍應好冇禮貌!講真啲雞肉真係好紅 但係你吔咁樣嘅服務態度 我以後都唔會再入黎消費我想問下貴餐廳你吔每次品質有問題時候係咪都會咁樣同個客去對質?然後就好唔服氣大大聲咁講出黎?依家單質差係我問題?啲雞肉好紅係我唔啱?我本身係比較容易肚痛我照樣食落去我肚痛你吔負責?呢個就係短髮侍應佢落完單冇比張單我 呢張係佢取消左蔥油雞撈麵之後張單 continue reading

好不用易,帶埋bb約朋友食飯。 由於時間所限, 都只是選擇茶餐廳食同埋聚舊。 (5⭐️最高)今次試了一個好特別嘅焗飯 - 椰汁雞扒焗飯比較我一般食芝士焗飯, 加入了椰汁。 雖然卡路里唔會因而減少😩。但椰汁比較芝士係味道上, 分了一點層次,先芝士後椰汁。 飯多了汁, 無甘亁身。 水門雞飯(3⭐️)其實有少少似海南雞, 凍雞, 有油飯, 有湯。 只是無三款醬。 飯同埋湯都好大碗, 雞量係屬正常份量超酸檸檬水😂(2⭐️)用檸檬汁做, 當中無鮮檸檬, 可能檸檬汁分量太多, 搞到好酸。 送餐時都無跟糖。 不太建議下次叫😅 continue reading
