今日港島遊最後一站到銅鑼灣shopping , 未夠7點已經肚餓,一於向附近找食之後再繼續行街。登龍街一帶一向都係美食集中地,任何類型的餐廳都有,今晚一於食最愛的港式燒味啦。燒鵝拼香妃雞(套餐)燒鵝肥美厚肉,外皮脆口而且有少少炭烤香氣,肉質鮮嫩多汁,肉味香濃,香妃雞雞皮滑溜溜,雞肉鮮嫩可口,沾上少許薑蓉更加惹味,最開心而家好少餐廳有瀨粉,一見到已經心心眼😍,瀬粉爽滑,湯底清甜,超正。燒鵝瀨粉 (改鵝胸)鵝胸啖啖肉,沾上酸汁醬令人食指大動,皮脆肉嫩,味道恰到好處,不用10分鐘已經通通放哂入肚皮,超滿足。燒腩仔燒腩仔外皮燒得金黃酥脆,肉嫩不過咸,肥瘦比例剛剛好,而且仲充滿肉汁。佛山燻蹄外皮位置爽口彈牙,入口Q彈,肉質鮮嫩,沾上白醋,更加開胃而且還可以減去油膩感。
