今日同朋友行到中環 突然間想食燒鵝所以入到中環最出名嘅鏞記食燒鵝瀨粉。咁多年以來,鏞記嘅品質服務都係非常之好。當燒鵝上枱的時候, 侍應將熱熱的醬汁倒到碟上燒鵝的側邊,其非常濃郁的香味實在喚醒了我為食的思維。 皮脆肉嫩仲多汁嘅燒鵝實在係好吸引。我唔知道原來依度仲有點心食, 可能每次我都係嚟食晚餐,點小菜。山竹牛肉加燒賣,品質都唔錯。迷你蛋撻雖然凍咗,但係佢的蛋香仍然非常濃郁芬香。這處真係我其中一個最愛嘅餐廳,所以好快我會再嚟。
