從小就來這間老字號吃飯,今次相隔很久再次光臨,心中有數是貴的,叫個例牌燒鵝,燒鵝皮不脆,肉韌一個致命點 (我都經常到國內品嚐有口感嘅鵝鴨雞,所以才感到什麼叫韌什麼叫口感),沒有在堂食的感覺,此外買回家吃的溫度,所以感到失望。跟住叫咗個頭抽炒斑球,魚肉很鮮味,做得不錯,只是份量少了一點。反而最出色就係個甜品,叫咗個熱嘅荔芋西米露,很出色,員工態度非常好,有禮貌,但主體食品不理想,尤其出名嘅燒鵝,有改善嘅空間。

嚟到鏞記,燒鵝肯定係一定要食嘅,鏞記嘅燒鵝同埋廣東其他地區嘅燒鵝相比較,呢邊嘅係偏鹹口咗啲,而且唔係用酸梅汁,係用返佢哋自己特製嘅醬汁,係另有一番風味!除咗燒鵝,其他嘅粵菜小炒同埋點心同一絕,只不過係燒鵝名氣大啲,有機會下次都想試多幾款佢哋嘅粵菜!
