呢個布甸包真係成日食,各款口味都唔錯。唔知大家買返嚟後,會唔會翻焗/返氣炸再食呢?我係一直以為......只可以凍食🤣焗咗又有咩唔同呢? 我以為焗完內餡就變流心了,究竟焗定唔焗好呢?凍食個布甸,真係又香又濃又滑,食落好似食雪糕甜品咁。麵包部份就會有啲水氣,都係好食的但質感就已經林咗。好啦,我今次氣炸7分鐘,出焗岩岩好 (當然都可以焗啦,我諗睇到佢上色就可以,邊樣方便用邊樣啦~)。就咁睇個外表,炸完麵包表面明顯深色咗,睇上去食慾都大咗。炸完個麵包部份簡直回春!變返18歲卜卜趣。 而布甸部份,食落感覺就有啲似好滑的燉蛋。我鐘意邊樣?就係炸過的麵包mix凍食的布甸🤣。
