禾桿草主題餐廳外表在柏樹街當中是比較型格的eye catching 餐廳,落地玻璃外面看來是全黑,自成一角。在我家隔壁超方便,去了1~2次。這裡的焗豬扒飯(58HKD配飲料)大份而且真材實料,應該說是近來吃最好的焗飯。芝士絲長韌而有奶香,蕃茄粒大大件而且不是全部現成蕃茄醬,豬扒都有2~3大塊,配蛋飯底一流。老豆吃清光。黃鱔飯有乾紅棗和薑粒香,比較養生,好吃。88HKD細份已經夠3人行同吃。花甲蒸滑蛋(70HKD)賣相漂亮,蛋的確比其他地方滑,並有幾香的燒酒味。配黃鱔飯一流。也試了套餐陳皮蒜茸蒸魚頭腩(65HKD包湯品和一碗飯),其實幾鞋,但都新鮮既。加28HKD升級了個湯,蟲草瘦肉雞腳湯,補身。沒有味精。整體感覺這裡是比較窩心的餐廳,無味精,食材有良心不粗製濫造,比較高樓底而且落地玻璃設計,一邊吃一邊看到老香港特色而且比較靜的街道柏樹街,是舒服的,可以回頭。
