又到左食lunch時間, 之前食過, 今次再幫趁,茶餐廳風味,抵食大碟。每日有不同菜式。總有一款岩胃口。例湯係豬骨雞腳青紅蘿蔔湯,清甜滋潤,岩哂平時少飲湯水的我。切雞飯,好多薑蓉,雞很滑,大舊多肉有雞味。但油比較多。要撈飯一齊食。炒貴叼,有火腿絲、叉燒絲、蛋,材料多。河粉很有咬口,夠Q,河粉吸足了咖哩味,十分香口。如果少油更好。茶餐廳的味道,茶餐廳的服務,價錢$40有湯有熱飲,非常夠飽肚,會繼續幫襯。

今日經過太子,又好想食煲仔飯,就系網上搵到間餐廳,就搵間舒服的餐廳坐低食晚飯。環境舒適又有卡見二人餐幾抵食,就選第一款二人餐例湯是霸王花春卷炸到金黃色又熱辣辣,沾上甜辣醬更加野味。禾館鵝用煲仔上份量十足,鵝肉好夠味又夠淋,又不肥又啖啖肉,枝竹索晒醬汁的味道非常入味美味可口。台山黃鱔煲仔飯,店員遞上煲仔飯已聞到香噴噴的飯香味,加上淋上甜鼓油令飯更加美味,飯煲到軟硬適中,黃鱔又新鮮又鮮甜,肉質肥美。金銀蛋浸時蔬有肉碎,咸蛋,皮蛋和芥芯又夠味道。

看來最名貴的是鮑魚,各人當然立即品嚐。


鮑魚雖不算很大,卻肉厚,可是想不到是軟綿綿的感覺,入口容易咀嚼,只要輕咬一口即可。鮑魚吸收了盤菜肉汁味道,並不濃厚,帶著盤菜的香味,卻又保留了鮑魚本身的鮮香,味道是意想不到的配合。


蠔鼓大大,入口鹹香,帶著蠔鼓濃味,想不到與剛才的鮑魚,正好來過配合。


盤菜的肉汁,並不濃,就連普通的西蘭花,也吸收了味道,變得不平凡。

鵝掌味道剛好,並不似一般酒樓宴會那樣,只有鹹鹹的味道,入口軟綿綿,很容易食用,愛鵝掌的我,也忘了拍攝。


雞肉味香,帶著盤菜肉汁,更覺香濃,豬皮吸收了盤菜肉汁,變得特別美味,非一般「車仔麵」可吃到的味道。

冬菇又大又厚,想不到非常容易咀嚼,入口感覺就有如鮮冬菇一樣,吸收了盤菜肉汁,味道剛剛配合,只要咬一口,口中己滿滿汁液。冬菇又大又厚,有朋友說是「冬菇扒」,真的不失為過,大家也非常認同。

平時我不愛吃蓮藕,感覺都是又乾又硬,可是這個盤菜中的蓮藕,除了帶著蓮藕本身的香甜,帶著盤菜肉汁,變得異常好吃,蘿蔔是我最愛的蔬菜之一,當然也因此變得美味非常。

此餐廳的盤菜,的確並沒有越吃越濃,也不會乾及燶,由開始吃到底,味道也是一致,正正就是沒有火爐邊吃邊煮的效果,令大家也非常開胃。


由此大家也一致想加添菜式,最後添加京葱悠然牛肉煲、禾記炒飯。


京葱煮羊肉,經常吃到,說是牛肉煲,正期待。


京葱除去牛肉的羶味,還帶出肉香,令香嫩的肉質,更為可口,由於是煲仔菜,京葱被加熱,變得更香更濃,想不到京葱配著牛肉是如此配合。

已經好耐無食過盤菜,有朋友吹雞話有間餐廳有預先訂制盤菜,所以就約齊腳六人成行一般盤菜都份量比夠多,一圍一圍,大時大節要多人先可以食,雖然今晚只有六人,所以就安排了細版盤菜,雖則細,但用料卻不馬虎大蝦,鮑魚,蠔豉,元貝,豬手,鵝掌,豬皮,冬菇等等,用料甚為豐富,而最值得highlight的是冬菇十分厚肉,滿滿的汁很有咬口,而鮑魚亦炆得好腍亦入味,最後一大班朋友仔,一人一夾很快就把盤菜清得乾乾淨淨。愛好菜的女士們還多點了豆豉鯪魚炒油麥菜過了一晚愉快的晚上

Claypot rice with eel - The portion was quite generous, with huge amount of eel with it. The waitress told me that i need to wait for 20 minutes as it was made on the spot. Rice was flavourful and soft, and the eel was soft and smooth as well, almost melting in my mouth.
