To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食午飯時間,周圍餐廳都好多人,想搵個位都唔容易,走去大快活碰下運氣,估唔到唔算多人,立即排隊買個餐,選左阿活出名的焗豬扒飯,再加$6要埋杯奶茶。焗豬扒飯一直都知好大碟,加上又受歡迎,攞餐時見前面個都係豬扒飯,但佢用玻璃焗盤盛載,但到我已經要用外賣的錫紙盤,証明連廚房都整唔切,坐低就見到一大塊豬扒鋪係個飯上面,再加上好多蕃茄醬汁,完全遮蓋成個錫紙盤,豬扒大塊得來又夠厚,但一d 都唔韌,咬落去好鬆軟,好容易食,唔駛用刀叉直接咬都得,而飯就係蛋炒飯,撈埋蕃茄醫汁一齊食,酸酸甜甜,開胃得來可以食多啖飯,其實份量真係多,最後都係勉強先食得晒,四十幾蚊絕對抵食
