To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有種魔力叫「焗豬」🍅🐖🍚不知何解,無論是上次去大家樂吃晚餐,還是這次去吃午餐,我總會不自禁地點選了色彩繽紛的茄汁焗豬扒飯。紅、黃、綠:顏色非常賞心悅目!看得到的除了是色彩繽紛外,還有煙除除升起!聞得到的是香噴噴的鮮茄味!吃得到的是焗飯既有的熱辣辣和美味!一大塊煎得香口、沾上芝士的豬扒,加上鮮甜的蕃茄、酸酸甜甜的菠蘿和青豆,陪上令人無法抗拒的茄汁,放在份量如同二人的蛋炒飯上,酸酸甜甜,令人非常開胃,滋味無窮😋😋😋
