To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日心血來潮想食炸雞脾同焗飯,諗起去呢間餐廳可以滿足哂所有願望!幸運地去到仲有下午茶,正啊一個餐(食物連熱飲)40蚊都唔洗!好耐冇食呢間既焗飯啦,所以叫左2個焗餐!1)白汁焗雞扒飯:大量芝士係上面雞扒份量多而且每塊都好滑,大量既汁配埋底下粒粒分明既炒飯,味道唔會過咸,好食!2)我中意食辣所以叫左個辣肉醬焗意粉,(可惜冇得轉焗飯!)一樣係上面有大量芝士 味道酸酸甜甜又微辣,好開胃~辣肉醬份量都好多足夠撈哂成個意粉另外仲叫左個炸脾薯條,炸脾都係好滑,真正既皮脆肉嫩 但Size太細隻啦。 薯條就比一般粗身,好脆又唔油,佢本身有d鹽調味,但如果提供下沙律醬之類就好啦~

好耐冇食呢間既焗飯啦,所以叫左2個焗餐!
1)白汁焗雞扒飯:
大量芝士係上面
雞扒份量多而且每塊都好滑,大量既汁配埋底下粒粒分明既炒飯,味道唔會過咸,好食!

2)我中意食辣所以叫左個辣肉醬焗意粉,(可惜冇得轉焗飯!)一樣係上面有大量芝士
味道酸酸甜甜又微辣,好開胃~辣肉醬份量都好多足夠撈哂成個意粉

另外仲叫左個炸脾薯條,炸脾都係好滑,真正既皮脆肉嫩
但Size太細隻啦。 薯條就比一般粗身,好脆又唔油,佢本身有d鹽調味,但如果提供下沙律醬之類就好啦~
