搭52X返屯門途經深井時,肥🐽突然提議食燒鵝於是我地就係碧堤半島落左車相信大家都知,深井最出名就係燒鵝而且大大話話都有好多間我地最後就揀左「陳記」老店話哂由五十年代開始做起到今時今日無論係質量定味道,樣樣皆有保證.食得大排擋風味嘅餐廳價錢平,味道好,係最為重要吾需要咩情調,音樂,裝修等等淨係熱熱鬧鬧,人情味濃厚就係最寶貴七點幾入場,餐廳已經坐滿哂人真係人頭湧湧,坐無虛席呢而餐牌除左招牌燒鵝仲有燒味,煲仔飯,小菜,老火湯等等款式真係包羅萬有.呢碟燒鵝真係不得了只係例牌竟然有十幾件先看鵝皮,色澤赤紅帶光澤食落酥香,口感極之香脆油脂豐盈而不膩鵝肉非常飽滿入口啖啖都係濃郁嘅鵝香而不臊肉質嫩滑,吾韌吾乾,一D雪藏味都冇實肉又富肉汁,真係勁好食肥🐽話佢咁大個人食咁多次燒鵝呢隻燒鵝係最好味,冇之一.堅係平到笑平時係旺角食個LUNCH都咁上下價錢呢到嘅炒蜆竟然只係$65仲要係大大份隻隻都開哂蓋,啖啖肉,冇空殼又冇沙蜆肉炒得好有鑊氣每隻蜆都沾滿哂惹味帶鹹香嘅豉汁送飯一流.即叫即整,熱辣辣出哂煙咁上枱🔥糯米飯加入左大量嘅切粒臘腸同膶腸去炒再注入調味上色而底層有一片荷葉,既可令糯米飯保持濕潤又可令飯粒吸收荷

鵝肉非常飽滿
入口啖啖都係濃郁嘅鵝香而不臊
肉質嫩滑,吾韌吾乾,一D雪藏味都冇

糯米飯加入左大量嘅切粒臘腸同膶腸去炒
再注入調味上色
而底層有一片荷葉,既可令糯米飯保持濕潤
又可令飯粒吸收荷葉香,一舉兩得

糯米飯口感煙韌黏身
搭上風味口感十足嘅臘味,一食上癮
再加上大量嘅蔥花,增加香氣
仲有蒜蓉開邊蝦,蒜香十足
蝦肉爽口鮮甜又彈牙
最重要係有成十幾隻開邊蝦架
