To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾日同朋友一齊去呢間野食,係因為見到評分都唔差,置頂的評語都幾好。入到去落咗個set lunch ,等咗30分鐘有多都未有,同行既人叫餐牌嘅話反而到晒,喂大佬食set lunch都係想快d ja,同個服務員反映,佢話keep eyes on you,連遲過我地入座嘅人都有餐,話佢知趕時間仲比佢串大老闆有大生意上落。想講做唔切咪close 一半座位囉,見枱枱都响度吹咁制。就算你間野煮到米之蓮咁好食,d服務員態度咁差,以後都使旨意會有回頭客,諗住食嘅有心理準備受氣啦⋯⋯
