To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 陶源酒家,無下次,d人無禮貌,等蟹等得耐,個傳菜呀姐話要蒸15-20分鐘,佢話唔熟你夠唔夠膽食🤔。我哋叫咗二十隻,8,9個字後嚟得10幾隻,問佢邊隻清蒸,邊隻花鵰,佢竟然話我都未食過,你食完咪知🥺,鬼唔知咩,如果我哋有人酒精敏感,那怎辦?仲有d係死蟹嚟,個糯米飯同奶黃包等咗2個鐘,仲要3催4請先來到。芒果布丁問我哋仲有無欠,問完佢自己都唔記得咗,再問個布丁,佢就話無晒好在可以同d朋友吹水,但528唔值呢個價
