To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去飲茶，一行人點咗10幾個點心，但職員全程當你透明，都唔知邊個得罪佢地，食完成枱碟，無人收，叫佢地都唔收，仲話係咁架啦，你咪自己收碟，我明大家都有好多野做，但你都唔好乜都唔理先得架算，我地自己收，之後加單，可以一個鐘都未出食物，仲要果時已經無乜人，問又唔理，都唔知佢想點野又唔係平，又唔好食，無下次
