To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫咗一客焗芝士牛肉飯，賣相還可以，一啖食落去，竟然係完全冇味，係完全冇味！唔止芝士味，可以係一啲鹹味都冇，我完全唔知自己喺度食緊啲乜嘢，只吃了幾啖飯，牛肉還可以，但份量十分少。聽到隔離枱客人都投訴啲飯無味，但係可以點？唯有照食, 唔知佢哋會唔會改進食物嘅質素，不過真係冇下次，我唔會再嚟食飯啦！！！環境方面頗為擠迫，你一個人去食飯係完全唔可以揀位，因為啲阿姐一定會逼你去一張八人枱度坐，即使成場都係無客。
