To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食完飯,我原本諗住坐一坐,順便吹下水,享受一下飯後的悠閒時光。正當我放鬆心情時,一位職員走過來告訴我,有客人排隊等位,希望我可以先買單。做生意我都明白,客人多自然要考慮他們的需求,但我心裡不禁覺得奇怪。等我買單的時候,竟然發現那邊等位的客人一個都沒有,這讓我感到非常失望。今時今日,這種服務質素實在令人無法接受。餐廳的味道也不再特別出色,與我之前的記憶相比,似乎有所下降。以前我對這家餐廳的印象還不錯,但這次的經歷卻讓我改觀。以後我一定不會再光顧這裡,因為我認為做生意並不是這樣的,應該更加注重客人的用餐體驗,讓每位顧客都感受到被重視。希望他們能改進,否則生意恐怕會越來越差。
