週年紀念將近於是問吓身邊嘅人有咩介紹,結果同事強烈介紹呢間鐵板燒。🔥一入到餐廳,店員熱情招待🗣,我地坐係圍繞廚師的bar枱,廚師好有善地同我哋打招呼🧑🏻‍🍳,等待食物期間可以近距離欣賞大廚手藝。🍴當中黃金銀鱈魚同紅粉金鯛好難忘🐟,黃金銀鱈魚,師傳將咸蛋黃稍微炙燒,過程中散發著陣陣咸蛋黃的香味👃🏻。銀雪魚肉質厚身實淨,沒有魚腥味,口感豐富。😋而紅粉金鯛,魚皮煎到金黃魚,經熱力的助攻魚油散發出來再滲透到魚肉,嫩滑的魚肉充滿油香。🤤🤤同事果然冇介紹錯,食物高質新鮮CP值高,店員服務態度一流👍🏻,好有娛樂趣味性的鐵板燒餐廳,成個進餐過程都好愉快,下次會再來阿!🤗🤗
