約咗同事去太古城中心lunch,早咗出嚟(12:30)所以經過Banchan and Cook見少人排隊,就決定入去😜因為平時都見排晒長龍🫣見佢哋餐牌今期推出咗特式蕃茜菜式☘️,咁就點幾款試吓,總括嚟講個蕃茜味帶香草味但又無中菜嘅芫茜咁濃味☺️韓式炸雞 (無骨半份)炸雞皮脆內軟,熱辣辣再點吓個蕃茜醬,帶出香草滋味。而啲配菜年糕薯條都唔可以忽略,好好味!燒醬油黑毛豬白切肉配大醬生菜呢碟係我最欣賞嘅菜式,個黑毛豬夠嫩滑,而配上適當嘅肥膏,夾埋蒜片、泡菜、韓式醬响生菜裡面,一口咬落去就feel到唔同層次嘅味道,濃味而不膩,不停食咗幾件!蕃茜海鮮蛋包飯嚟Banchan and Cook一定要點蛋包飯,好出名的。蛋皮一界開就見到蛋漿流出嚟,而海鮮都做得唔錯,新鮮又口感彈牙。牛肝菌蛋包飯個蛋皮一樣咁好食,而個汁係非常濃烈嘅肝菌味,感覺健康又滋味。喜歡佢個前菜紅菜頭沙律,特別又鮮甜!韓式雜莓牛角包窩夫明明係窩夫嚟但原來係牛角包壓出嚟,配上糖漿甜甜的,口感煙韌,邪惡甜品係特別好味清新香橙綠茶沙冰天氣熱,朋友都忍唔住點杯沙冰飲,呢杯好fresh橙味綠茶,清甜得嚟又無違和感,中和返食物味道濟州綠茶咖啡呢杯凍咖

韓式炸雞 (無骨半份)
炸雞皮脆內軟,熱辣辣再點吓個蕃茜醬,帶出香草滋味。而啲配菜年糕薯條都唔可以忽略,好好味!
