To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚訂位同幾位朋友食蟹仙,地點最方便就係銅鑼灣分店,地鐵站D出口行幾分鐘就到,方便大家。蟹仙一定要book枱,今次安排得好好,我地三人可以坐窗邊梳化位,可以舒舒服服邊傾計邊食海鮮。今晚重頭戲係琵琶龍蝦同奄蟹,琵琶龍蝦個名好特別而且又比較少有,啲肉同龍蝦一樣好鮮甜,我哋食完個殼放返落去個粥底度繼續煮,等個粥煲得更加鮮甜。另外,隻奄蟹啲膏多到流出黎,未食已經流晒口水,由於係用蒸既煮法,蟹既鮮味完全鎖左入啲膏同肉到,無可挑剔。
