To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大家美食就食得多,今日幫襯一間位於中環的美食,江南.翡翠,店員介紹最近推出既廚師推介,食左拇指生煎包,外焦內嫩,加上芝麻的香,正,但入口一定要小心,爆汁,我仲整到件衫都有湯汁,小心品嚐,真系好爆汁。蘿蔔絲酥餅同椒鹽小黃魚令意想不到的是外酥裡嫩,也很香。蟹粉百花龍珠,咬落去,脆脆的,彈牙。連吸水性較低的椰菜花配合XO醬炒,香辣入味,刺激我的味蕾。立冬了,當然要養生一下,叫了一杯桂圓雪梨茶。最後嚟個甜品做總結。吃了甜甜的八寶飯就有一個圓滿的飯聚。
