有時候出街唔一定想食大餐,小店其實更得我心。位於太子嘅潮州人就係其中一間,舊年食過一次,之後由於唔就腳就無去到,今次特登約朋友去食。餐廳老闆係空手道教練,但同時鍾意下廚,於是就開咗間小店。叫得「潮州人」,但唔係賣潮州菜,反而用老雞湯作招徠,配搭新竹米粉,再加上唔同配料。招牌花膠米粉 $53花膠都算大舊,而是好腍,咬落有啖啖膠質,仲以蠔油煮過,湯底清甜,大推!清酒大蜆米粉 $48蜆粒粒鮮甜又無沙,而且算厚肉,呢個湯底反而帶少少酒香。甘香醉鮮蝦 $48有四隻鮮蝦,鮮味夾雜酒香,肉質爽口彈牙,值得一試!媽咪龍眼花旗蔘蜜 $16呢個真係有驚喜,唔會太甜又飲到陣陣蔘味,如果冬天有熱版就正啦!
