點進呢間潮州人嘅時光,每一啖都帶我去咗潮州街頭🍜。首先,個招牌花膠米粉,真係標準得過得去,花膠滑溜得嚟黃金濃郁,湯底清甜得嚟唔油膩,飲一啖湯,覺得自己都精神啲。再嚟個清酒大蜆米粉,大蜆肥美鮮甜,喺清酒嘅提味下,更加突顯海鮮嘅清新,話咁快就食晒半碗🥣。而家講返個甘香醉鮮蝦,攞上嚟,蝦仁咬落爽彈,醉香味撲鼻,一次過滿足到我對鮮蝦嘅所有幻想😋。而呢個媽咪龍眼花旗蔘蜜,嘩,飲一口就好似暖笠笠嘅愛抱住你一樣,香甜得嚟唔怕膩舌,係個美味解渴嘅好選擇🍯。真係唔好睇佢間舖面細細,但係佢哋做嘅嘢呀,細心得滯,勁過啲所謂嘅大牌子。而家講食物都要講心意,潮州人就真係做到今時今日少有嘅真心誠意。效率都好好,唔洗等太耐,個個食客都笑容滿面咁走。下次想食啲實在得嚟有特色嘅好嘢,揀呢間店,準冇錯👌!

由旺角步行到太子,期間見到一家店,寫明賣「花膠米粉」。我看見店外招牌的食物照片都拍得很不錯!賣相也相當吸引!因此,我便停下腳步,看了一看餐牌,便入內坐下來。看到米粉有分「大」、「細」。我覺得好好!因為有好多女士,都比較細食,如果大份量食不下,又會浪費食物。因此分不同size , 至少可以比顧客多一個選擇!都是幾好👍🏻!我因為想食花膠,先入去,所以我便點了一個「細花膠米粉」。 一上台,我見到湯的色澤很吸引🤩! 還有我喜歡💕的蔥花!也看見主角「花膠」,顏色睇落都幾像幾入味咁!不錯!我先飲一啖湯,熱熱的,好味,也很溫暖!不算好咸,味道好平衡,又不會搶走花膠的味道。我覺得做得出色!讚👍🏻!

聽說小食也同樣出色,簡單來了兩款:蔥油廣島蠔跟溏心醉蛋
廣島蠔非常新鮮飽滿肥美,以蔥油入饌,調味不多,會吃到廣島蠔本來的鮮味跟蔥油的香氣~ 
而溏心醉蛋方面,個人認為酒味可以再加強一點,味道是不錯的溏心效果也做到的,不過就是酒香不足夠

先說一下,探店的時候正為3月份店家佢未搬鋪的時份,所以看到有關店內裝潢跟門面的相片都跟現在新店的有出入~ 不過就算搬到新鋪後店面面積同樣不算大但格局分明,而新店位置也比舊店更易找更明顯(舊店不鄰近地鐵站所以也蠻難找),每個星期五下課後都在新店門外等候巴士回家,每次見到店內店外都是人頭湧湧的
作為小店,已經由原址拓展到新店,也分別在港島跟新界開設分店,食物質素可想而知~ 以潮州人作綽頭卻不是賣大家熟悉的潮州美食;反之利用不尋常的烹調方法,帶出潮州人刻苦奮鬥、自信自強、不甘人後的拼搏精神,我想這樣的小店成為連鎖店之路,也足以印證店家所販賣的精神吧!

兩個菜式都好重酒味,嗰個廣島蠔嘅質感一啲都唔似平時係屋企食個啲冰鮮,食得出去用比較新鮮嘅蠔。另外米粉都非常有口感,蔥油炸得非常之好,湯底完全冇味精,食完都唔會口乾。

清酒大蜆非常新鮮,每一粒大顯度充斥着酒味同鮮味,個湯係絕對會唔小心飲晒個種,大蜆都無沙,喺吐沙方面必定落左功夫非常細心。

今次係第二次食呢間潮州人,座位唔多,不過唔洗等位。個個黎到都係食花膠米粉,但我又想試佢個清酒煮蜆,所以叫左雙拼佢個花膠真係幾好食,煮得好淋唔腥,而且好入味,湯底非常濃郁好味,而且因為加左蜆,湯底都有一陣清酒味,成個味道好正花膠都幾大塊,大過手掌,蜆就因為只係加$8,所以得2隻,但都係好濃清酒味,非常好味米粉係好幼比較硬身嘅銀絲米粉,份量唔多,所以一定要加底,唔係會唔夠飽我仲加左個雞油娃娃菜,唔會覺得油,娃娃菜都幾夠味佢嘅食物我覺得都幾高質,唔係行貨,雖然價錢唔平,但應該都會再幫襯。見到佢好似都有啲告急,希望大家多多支持💛💛

份量好多,兩個人食極都食唔哂咁。雞腎爽口,一入口就有好香既花雕味,而且相信雞腎都浸左一段時間,非常入味,好啱夾米粉食。

二人餐仲有個菜同兩枝花旗參蜜,但由於本人唔太好花旗參,所以唔多講啦~

看Kiki&May介紹這間小店一直想試,今天在太子工作便過去一試。其實由太子道西行過去都需要一大段路程,我真的好有誠意。到了小店,有張大枱和一張非常窄的枱空出,一位年長的店員立刻指我到窄枱,臉上寫著:你只有一個人,看你頂多花一百幾十吧。最討厭上一輩那些人的態度。Ok fine, 我一個人嘛⋯⋯ 一個人就是罪😂。我看花膠廣島蠔雙拼只加$8就叫了。花膠林但某些位置略硬,可以接受。廣島蠔非常鮮味,而米粉就太硬,是非常幼的那一種。湯底超級濃,我全部喝清光。豆漿非常濃厚。另一個客人到了,是一個人,坐了大枱,我真的有點兒⋯ 再叫了一份醉雞翼,夠味,不過鞋,不建議。整體來說我是想支持這小店,但體驗不太良好,會再來。

今次又返返嚟太子附近開餐,打開openrice搵埋附近有無啲粉麵類型嘅餐廳輕食一下。睇睇下見到E間叫潮洲人嘅米粉店幾多好評,就入去試試佢喇!由太子地鐵站行過店舖,大概10分鐘以內嘅路程,非常方便快捷。😎入到嚟餐廳,地方唔算大,但格局分明。店員好有禮貌咁招呼我地坐好。望一望餐牌,決定點佢嘅招牌花膠米粉、清酒大蜆湯米同埋加咗份廣島蠔。🦪印象之中主打花膠米粉嘅舖頭並唔多,米粉吸收左花膠嘅味道,好似天然嘅調味料咁,花膠亦煮得啱啱好,唔會硬。再試埋個清酒大蜆湯米,有酒味得嚟又引到大蜆嘅清甜味道!無論係花膠米粉定係清酒大蜆湯米,真係可以連湯都飲埋,好健康冇味精!👍🏼廣島蠔都係非常鮮甜,有興趣都可以點嚟一試。
