Restaurant: The Lounge & Bar
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係復活節假期最後一日同媽咪去圓方買完嘢, 稔住去starbucks, 點知冇位媽咪就提議去新開嘅ritz carlton食tea, 雖然我哋之前啱啱食完肥到爆嘅Dan Ryan我未去已經感覺到會冇位, 去到果然chocolate library冇位, 但pastry gems同the lounge and bar竟然有都幾多位service: 去到就有人問去邊, 係lift口仲有好多人係到幫你check樓上嘅restaurants有冇位, 有人帶上去, 仲陪你玀位 餐廳嘅服務都好好 lift口其實就係pastry gems. pastry gems 係就咁擺咗幾張枱櫈同一個蛋糕櫃. 蛋糕櫃同美麗華嘅coco有同一個問題,就係玻璃櫃起霧, 蛋糕睇得唔清楚, 由於pastry gems嘅擺設大失我嘅期望, 所以揀咗去the lounge and barthe lounge and bar 去到已經通知我哋tea set賣晒...咁我哋就決定散叫cakethe lounge and bar嘅設計同好多新派嘅酒店好相似, 好似美麗華, W嗰啲

餐廳嘅服務都好好

lift口其實就係pastry gems. pastry gems 係就咁擺咗幾張枱櫈同一個蛋糕櫃. 蛋糕櫃同美麗華嘅coco有同一個問題,
就係玻璃櫃起霧, 蛋糕睇得唔清楚, 由於pastry gems嘅擺設大失我嘅期望, 所以揀咗去the lounge and bar

the lounge and bar 去到已經通知我哋tea set賣晒...咁我哋就決定散叫cake
the lounge and bar嘅設計同好多新派嘅酒店好相似, 好似美麗華, W嗰啲咁, 我個人都係鍾意以前嘅ritz carlton多啲,
依家好似冇咗個份貴氣

係圓方到去ritz carlton都幾崎嶇, design唔好

 環境唔錯, 但正如我所講, 我係鍾半島嗰種嘅酒店, 所以略厭現代感太重, 唔襟睇
有大玻璃對住個海, 可惜今天天氣好差, 乜都睇唔到

食物: 我叫咗杯叫SWEET SIXTEEN嘅飲品, 因為我just turned 16 haha

我好鍾意佢放係面嘅心形橙皮!!
味道係橙汁味, 冇passionfruit味同得好少lime嘅味
不過呢個組合係唔會出錯嘅. size適中

 Carrot Cake($105): 呢個可以話係我食過最難食嘅carrot cake. ginger味好重, 重到變咗ginger cake
蛋糕好乾, 冇nuts, 冇口感. 面頭嘅frosting係會同個cake分開嘅....

旁邊嘅caramel ice cream唔錯, 份量都ok, 太多會太流

 Cheese Cake($105): 一上枱嘅時侯, 忍唔住...好細個!咁就$105?!
旁邊有隻羹裝主blueberry醬同一粒粒嘅blueberry
cheese cake味道同一般嘅cheese cake大同小異, 可惜餅底好硬, 大力啲吉會發出好大嘅聲音...

隻羹就真係好睇唔好用, 想筆啲blueberry醬出黎會搞到周圍到係...
其實cheese cake係唔錯嘅, 但係咁細個收$105, 我會揀starbucks even文華

Earl Grey($70): 媽咪嘅. typical earl grey

見到枱枱都淨晒tea set嘅scone....唔知係咪唔好食呢?
總共$418, afternoon tea好一般, sweet sixteen個名係我俾ok嘅原因

飲杯嘢係唔錯嘅
